The steps of working on your own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis, so you know where you need to learn and grow.I really found that this book was truly easy to read. It comes in at seventy-three pages and takes you around two hours to read and a few more to make notes so you can reference that information when you are ready to take the steps on your journey toward management. I recommend this book to all those I know in the corporate world because, whether they are management or not, for the cost, this is a book they need in their business library.
